6. Involve all Top Producer agents in the sale of your home.
7. Mobilize all Realtors in Bay, Saginaw and Midland Counties to work for you by co-brokering with them (approximately 1200 Agents).
8. Create, print and distribute a special highlight sheet as required.
9. Provide a toll free 800 number for Buyers to call for information about your property.
10. Advertise you home on the Internet through multiple web sites.
11. Contact existing Buyers and agents who have expressed an interest in a property like yours.
12. Install a lock box to aid in showings. (If permissible)
13. Advertise in the classifieds and Homes Magazines as needed.
14. Follow up with you on the results of showings and provide you with Buyer feedback.
15. Advise you when price reductions are in order.
16. Assist in qualifying prospective Buyers.
17. Provide you with counsel, advice and assist in negotiations of all offers.
18. Order, and coordinate the preparation of closing documents.
19. Review, and explain all closing documents prior to closing.
20. Work with you to achieve your goals and insure your total satisfaction.
